This Vaper gas less flux core wire welder is a great welder to get started with on your smaller projects.  As you practice your welding skills with this little jewel you will be ready for the next level in no time at all.  Best of all, you can plug the Vaper into any 120 volt wall outlet.  The Vaper will allow you to weld up to about one eighth inch mild steel and not really suitable for aluminum welding.
